What we keep, and why.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site (an estimate request, the advisor survey, a contact note, or a class sign-up), we keep what you type: your name, email, phone if you give it, details about your property and situation, and any files you attach.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell data. The site uses Cloudflare's "verify you're human" check on forms, which processes your IP address to tell people from bots, and is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

What it's used for

To reply to you, prepare your estimate with our partner Veritax Advisors (we send them the property details you give us, not your tax return), and keep a record of the conversation in our own client system so we can pick up where we left off.

We email you about your request. We don't add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence; if we ever start one, it will be opt-in.

Who sees it

Preet Sekhon and the people working with him at Realm. Veritax Advisors, for estimates and studies. Our hosting and email providers in the ordinary course of running the site. Nobody else, unless you ask us to make an introduction, or the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email information@realmgroup.co. We'll do it unless we're required to keep a record (for example, of a signed engagement).

Booking and other links

Calendar bookings go through Cal.com; property pages for Prima and Heavenly Pines are separate sites with their own policies.
