Cost Segregation Analysis Review
Within two business days of receiving your property details, we will deliver a preliminary Cost Segregation Analysis. This analysis will provide two key pieces of information:

A conservative estimate of your potential tax savings.

Your cost for the Cost Segregation Study.
Please note that our initial Cost Segregation Analysis is provided to you at no charge.

Analysis Approval and Data Collection

The Engagement Letter signed and a deposit of 50% of the total study cost is taken

In-person, 3rd party, IRS preferred, Site Survey​

Blueprints and documentation of any capital improvements collected
