How does the process work?

Cost Segregation Analysis Review

Within two business days of receiving your property details, we will deliver a preliminary Cost Segregation Analysis. This analysis will provide two key pieces of information:

  • A conservative estimate of your potential tax savings.

  • Your cost for the Cost Segregation Study.

Please note that our initial Cost Segregation Analysis is provided to you at no charge.

Analysis Approval and Data Collection

  • The Engagement Letter signed and a deposit of 50% of the total study cost is taken

  • Data Collection

    • In-person, 3rd party, IRS preferred, Site Survey​

    • Blueprints and documentation of any capital improvements collected

  • Engineering

    • Our engineering-based process will produce your Cost Segregation Study in 4-6 weeks from receiving all data

Completion of your Cost Segregation Study

We will deliver a written report with the asset detail supporting the reclassification and completion of the necessary tax forms and assist your tax professional in the completion of all applicable tax forms.
